In our small way, with works and everything that can be socially useful, we have always tried to give support to organizations and realities concretely engaged in solidarity.

Code of Ethical Sustainability

This Code of Sustainability Business Ethics summarizes the established principles of conduct applied by our company to ensure that the activity is carried out with integrity and in compliance with the law and the principles of the company. Every employee, officer and director is expected to know and comply with the policies outlined in this Code.

Discrimination

Within the scope of the applicable legislation, ATTI spa policy prohibits any discrimination, harassment (“mobbing”) or intimidation for reasons of race, colour, religion, sex, age, origin, citizenship, sexual orientation or physical disability. Health, Safety, Safeguarding and Protection of workplaces ATTI spa undertakes to provide a safe, healthy and adequately protected and productive work environment and to disseminate and consolidate a culture of safety.

Safety

All Employees are required to perform their duties in a safe manner and to promptly report any conditions that could pose a risk to health, safety or the environment. In order to protect ATTI spa Employees from the abuse of drugs or alcohol, ATTI spa provides for the application of disciplinary actions, up to the dismissal, and, in any case, the termination of the collaboration contract, of the Employee who, during the working activity for ATTI spa, uses, sells, possesses or is under the influence of illegal drugs or the abuse of alcohol, whether these substances are consumed or taken during or outside working hours, both in the premises of ATTI spa or elsewhere.

Environmental Protection

ATTI spa carries out its business in compliance with applicable national and international environmental laws and provisions. In particular, ATTI spa is inspired by the fundamental principles of reducing the environmental impact of its activities, optimizing the use of resources, as well as producing environmentally compatible products and services.

Confidentiality

It is forbidden to spread false news both inside and outside the Company concerning the Company itself, the shareholders, employees, collaborators, consultants and third parties who work for it. All information relating to company data must be managed through institutional channels guaranteeing the safeguarding and protection of the company data processed, respect for professional secrecy and the safeguarding of confidential information. The obligation not to disclose private and confidential information remains even after the termination of the corporate office or the termination of the employment and/or collaboration relationship.

Corruption and subordination

Employees must never, directly or through intermediaries, offer or promise personal or illegal benefits, financial or otherwise, in order to obtain or maintain a business or other advantage through third parties, whether public or private. Nor will they have to accept these benefits in exchange for preferential treatment towards third parties. In addition, employees shall avoid any activity or behavior that might give rise to or suspect such conduct or intent.
